After the first meeting, Evergreen Construction & Landscaping will send an estimate for your acceptance. You will then decide whether or not to proceed with Evergreen Construction & Landscaping.

Yes! Our company handles in-house basic design layouts that our construction team then brings to life. Raymond owns the company and leads all construction efforts.

Depending on which remodel design route you decide to go, you can expect to spend the first steps working with the designer. Once a design is approved and finalized, you will then spend the next phase dealing with Raymond and construction team. The designers may drop by the construction site from time to time once the project gets going to make sure the built work is matching the vision.

No. Evergreen Construction & Landscaping is a design + build company, however, we understand not all projects require a design such as a remove and replace driveway or floors. If you do not have design plans with construction details, we may be able to assist you or we can recommend a specialist designer!

It depends. Most outdoor space renovations can take 2-4 weeks while bigger projects typically take 4+ weeks to complete. At Evergreen Construction & Landscaping we value our clients timeline and dedicate our undivided attention to ONE project at a time.
